Registration Information for Competitors

Welcome to the registration form for the Future Hospitality Challenge, taking place on Thursday 29 January 2026 at Metropolia’s Myllypuro Campus in Helsinki.

Everyone can take part — no ICT or tourism expertise is required. Multidisciplinary teams and diverse backgrounds are welcome. You may register individually or as a team of 1–5 members.

Challenge Structure

Before the final event

• 20 January 2026: Selected competitors will be announced
• 22 January 2026, 14:00–17:00: Competitor briefing (hybrid, mandatory for all selected competitors)
• 26 January 2026, Mentoring session (online, mandatory for all selected competitors)

Final Event Day – Thursday 29 January 2026

• 09:00–12:00: Morning session for competitors (competitors only)
• 12:00–13:00: Lunch
• 14:00–16:00: Final Event (open to audience)
• 16:00–17:30: DJ & networking at the Myllypuro Showroom (open to everyone)
